51% of our population menstruates. Yet, it’s an awkward and unheard of to speak about it. For Her was a project created to start the conversation on menstruation, in specific reagard to preteen girls. This audience was very important to me becuase in my research I noticed this time was a pivotol point for almost all women. The main design goal was to encourage and motivate a conversation that doesn’t have to be weird. The use of bright colors and relatable photography will make girls feel relatable and motivated to ask questions and talk with their friends.
Deliverables for this project focus around the For Her planner, which functions as a school year planner for girls
with helpful tips and educating spreads throughout. Supporting designs include a website for further information, advertisement posters, and materials for an annual conference girls and their parents can attend.

Coffee has a rich and fascinating history, but unfortunately it is never presented in a fun, laidback and leisurley way, so many people do not know about it’s nuances. I was tasked with redesigning a book of choice into a coffee table book layout, thus naturally coffee came to mind. My goal for this design was to transform the history of coffee into a fun and page-turning adventure that one could easily devour over their afternoon brew. Full of hand sketched images and beautiful photography, one won’t be able to put it down.
The deliverable for this project was a hard bound coffe table sized book.
